Quick..effective communication with your clients is not only good business but absolutely essential for success in my line of work. How many times has a person tried to contact a new business but gets nothing but answering machines and a response many hours or days later.
 
I’ve been in business since 1984 and the fact is that the first response to a new inquiry gets the job. Not always but I would bet 80% of the time. And every inquiry can mean thousands of dollars on a yearly basis. When a new inquiry comes in, I get a text from Quincy with all the pertinent information within 5 minutes of the call. They then follow that up with a phone call in case I hadn’t responded to the text. And that happens more often than I like to admit with the vacuum running in my ear.
 
Quincy Answering Service has shown me to be a sharp, intelligent, on the ball person who is a pleasure to do business with…24 hours a day…7 days a week.
